Magistra McDonald has taught at HSCA since 2022. As a mother of five children, she realized early on about the importance of selecting schools that focused on the Great Ideas such as Truth and Beauty. Her late husband Brian and she have remained very supportive of HSCA’s mission since its inception in 2011. Their youngest son enrolled in his sophomore year in Hagia Sophia Classical Academy’s first year, and now her grandson will be attending the Academy for a second year. Relatives of her immediate family, including her husband, have taught at the Academy in the past.
